Money back guaranteed products are trust worthy?

  1. It is because most people do not send it back; the company claims they never got it; when you try to send it back the company is gone.
    Take your pick.

  2. The unfortunate truth is that the options for guarantee will favor the company.

    They can say:
    - did not receive it.
    - did not receive it in time.
    - refuse return.
    - ignore the customer.

If 80% are unsatisfied, then only 60% may return it.
Of the 60% who return and all are denied, 45% will complain.
If those 45% who returned product and complained, 20% will go to court over it.
If the court date is reached (customer has now spent more money to get this far) the company will gladly refund the amount requested and apologize for the inconvenience.

Which means 80% of the time, they will keep your payment.

    (All %s are guesses, btw)
